Burn Fat, Build Muscle
Good nutrition and exercise are the key to any weight-loss program, and now you can achieve faster results with the mineral supplement, AquaChrome.

Researchers at Bemidji State University in Minnesota found that GTF chromium not only helps improve body composition, but also helps to lower blood cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

The pioneering study was conducted in young, off-season football players participating in a six-week weight-training program. The thirty-six athletes were divided into two groups: one group received placebo, while the other group received 200 mg chromium daily. By the end of the weight training program, the supplemented group had gained 5.69 pounds of lean muscle mass and had lost 7.5 pounds (3.6%) of body fat. In comparison, the placebo group gained only 4 pounds of lean body mass and had lost only 2 pounds (1%) of body fat.
